personally demand A real good seat. Like the end of the bed for lack of furniture. Amazing how an old teacher chair can lift you away to anywhere. A Chaise Parked beautifuly in a second story room of possibilities. The greenhouse is half finished and this will be a great spot to paint making a built in easel.
